What are the differences in the different fill types?

Recycled beads, while economical tend to pack down quicker than the virgin beads and have a chunky feel when sitting. The virgin beads, while durable and longer lasting than the Recycled bead give you a classic bean bag feel of support. They are also circular beads which give you a much better feel than the Recycled Bead. Shredded Foam, which is found in our Giant Ovals and Jumbo Loveseats are pieces of shredded foam which give you a suspended in air feeling. Support and great cushiony feeling. The Royal Mix^TM Takes the best from the classic bean bag chair and the foam chairs and combines it into one. It is nothing more than a mixture of virgin beads and shredded foam.

What are the advantages to using the Royal Mix^TM?

The Royal Mix^TM has a lot of advantages over the Recycled Bead Or the Virgin Beads. It has a soft cushiony feeling along with good support. The feel is unmatched in the industry. Since we use foam in the mix, the bean bag chair looks full and stuffed the way a bean bag chair should look. Also virgin bead tend to make a bit of noise when you sit on them, but since the foam and beads are mixed there is no noise with the Royal Mix^TM Since the beads are mixed with the foam they tend to rarely be crushed against each other limiting the breakdown of the beads.

Is there a difference in shipping with the Royal Mix^TM?

Yes. The Chairs that are filled with the Royal Mix^TM are shipped in a 4 mil Plastic bag, which is vacuumed down to extract all the air. Then it is placed in a congregated box, and strapped with nylon strapping tape.
