All of King Beany's^TM bean bag chairs come with a 10 year warranty.
If there is a problem with your bean bag chair within this time period, simply call us at 1-866-898-7603 and we will take care of the problem immediately.

Please keep your email receipt as your warranty, or call us for a copy.

King Beany's^TM Bean Bag Chairs are made with the finest materials available. Your bag should last you numerous years. If you ever do have a problem with your bean bag please DO NOT hesitate to call us. we will fix the problem immediately.

This warranty does not apply to product misuse, accidents or mishandling.

Returns
If you do not like your bean bag chair you can return it within 14 days of the date of purchase for a full refund. The only cost to you is the shipping of the bean bag back and forth. After the 14 days their will be a 15% restocking fee.

If your bean bag chair arrives with any kind of damage, whether it be from the manufacturering or during transit, a replacement will be sent out to you immediately at no cost to you.

All of our bean bag chairs which are embroidered are non-refundable. and may take up to 2 weeks longer to process you bean bag chair.
